Mexico female photographer Graciela Iturbide

in today's Mexico, Graciela Iturbide has become one of the most famous living art photographers. She works mixing history, lyrics and style of portrait painting. Under her sensitive but powerful Visual, works out of the Mexico cultural scenes of nature, give reality a dreamy feel. Her work is the embodiment of surrealism. In the past 35 years, she has been active in Mexico all different communities and work hard. One of her most important work is the exploration of Mexico issues both past and present.

Graciela Iturbide1942 was born in Mexico City, her late 60 's in Mexico National Autonomous University film production. In the early 70 's, she began to learn photography, after a trip to Europe, she met Cartier-Bresson (Henri Cartier-Bresson) and welcomed by his influence, in 1978, she became Mexico photographic society founder, her work is exhibited in famous museums around the world.
