follow your passion

I was born and grew up in Warwickshire, as a child, often with my father to see the bird, my interest in nature should from then on. However, not until 1995 that I really became a professional nature photographer. For me, I am most interested in nature and not of nature photography itself. Now, I was almost 30 years of life's most beautiful are dedicated to nature photography.

near a point

wildlife photographers work sometimes can be very boring, often just sit there waiting for time to come. But if you can wait even a few seconds of the moment, nothing is worth suffering. When I first started with only a very short-long Jiao Jing, only 200mm. So much work I actually was looking for a bird's nest and how close to the target. Today, we use a much longer lens than it was then, we did a bit spoiled.

don't expect a breakthrough

until 1995, I can only picture by Library Journal articles and sell a point, a large part of the revenue is to photography, or Association of natural speech. At that time I have been involved in this area, but did not fully enter. I grow up in that process was very slow, with a years time. So, if you want to get ultimate success, have to be practical to go step by step, don't expect a sudden there is a huge leap forward. In a fully into the industry after 3-4, I can really rely on photography for a living.

master core skills

I'm mainly into United Kingdom wildlife , Is that they gave me inspiration. Application of light is essential for my work. Use the early morning or the evening sun, you can be very dramatic light, this can give your picture a special sense. When shooting relatively small object, the depth of field control is particularly important--to ensure sharpness of the subject and the foreground, while the background outside the charming Coke.

with different angles

if I'm going out to work, I will be very concerned about other wildlife nature photographer's work, and then there's destinations to try shooting some unique work. What you need to create something unique, whether it is photography itself are expressions of a work. Focus on current affairs or are some of the events relating to environmental protection, and then use your photographs to be part of those events, which will bring you the fun and interesting stories. This is also the direction of the industry today-with some innovative ways to record natural protection, and then presented to a broad audience base.
