Alexey Titarenko City of shadows

Russia photographer Alexey Titarenko,1983 years at the Leningrad Institute of culture, film and art photography Professional receive degrees. series "city of shadows" was taken in 1992-1994, it was just after the dissolution of the Soviet Union. Titarenko autobiography says of this period in Russia "could not be implemented in the hope that people's lives", in his extensive use of slow shutter technology in the creation, deficiency of people walking into a ghostly scene of, the city is showing silence. Of these is the shadow of the photographer like a ghost record real images, is the Soviet Union to Russia left things.
